Day of Coordination: We will meet with you ahead of time to get your timeline, a list of all of your vendors, and a list of all of your wedding party. This way, on your special day we can make sure that all of the moving pieces are coordinated correctly taking that weight off of you and/or your family. You should be able to focus on what's most important on your special day - the love you have for each other and your guests.
Week of Coordination: The week prior to your wedding has many moving parts as well. We can run through a checklist to make sure everything is ready to go, do a final check-in with your vendors, assist with your rehearsal, and help answer those last minute questions you are sure to have.
Add-Ons:
Timeline Development: We will meet with you and create a timeline that includes all of the special moments you would like to see during your special day as well as the behind-the-scenes moments that you may not have considered.
Decorator Lead: We will meet with you and create a look-book that we will use to make sure your space is decorated just the way you have envisioned. This will include coordinating with rental companies and florists. This could include full set-up including decor assistants.
Meal Service Lead: We will meet with you and create a meal service plan to make sure your meal, charcuterie, hors d'oeuvres, and desserts are served the way you have planned. This could include servers and bussers that will work with your caterer.
Groom/Groomsmen Attendant: Sometimes the guys need just as much assistance getting ready as the girls. Our Groom/Groomsmen attendant will work with your Coordinator to make sure everything goes smoothly with them, including getting dressed, boutonnieres, ties, and all of the little details they face.
